Guerreo, Mexico Earthquake 06/21/1999 17:43:06 UT

Another quake occurred on Monday, June 21, which was smaller in size than the
one in the same general location on June 15th.  Again a precursor signal was
detected in the same frequency range of 2.2 to 2.4 hertz.  The photo below
shows that the signal began 38 minutes and 56 seconds before the actual event.
This is significant because both quakes indicated the same signature frequency
before the beginning of the physical disturbance.

Precursor signals have been known to exist, and have been recordable, when the
detection devices have been located near the source, for quite some time, however
the Elfrad detection technique has repeatedly shown that it is now possible to
recognize these elusive frequencies from of thousands of miles distant.
